Der «Beton-Inkubator» ist ein Denkmodell, ein Test-Raum, ein begehbares Denkmal und eine materialisierte Utopie. Er entsteht aus der Frage: Was könnte ein Raum im 21. Jahrhundert sein? Was liegt zwischen den Brachen, Lücken, Leerstellen einer Stadt und einem Entwurf für die Ewigkeit? Was könnte eine ewige Zwischennutzung sein?
ENGL.: The Beton-Incubator is a hypothesis, a working model, a walk-in monument and a materialised utopia. It is formed from the question: What could be (a) space in the 21st century? What lies in between the wastelands, gaps, voids of a city and an architect’s plan that always aims for eternity? What would be an eternal interim use?
